Grand Master Kim, the founder of the school, was my father-in-law and my journey through Tae Kwon Do centers on my respect for him and this school. I came to Tae Kwon Do as an adult and I wish it was available to me as a child. When I started training I found myself doing things physically I never expected to be able to, but I was also aware of my changing mindset and confidence. I will testify first hand that at any age Tae Kwon Do not only improves your physical condition but it brings out the inner voice cheering you on and telling you that you can do it.
