At first, Tae Kwon Do was just another activity that my parents made me do. However, throughout the years I have grown to love and respect martial arts. The greatest rewards I have received from Tae Kwon Do are self confidence, self control, and respect for others, and I feel that it is important to share, teach, and allow for a space where others can learn Tae Kwon Do and all of the benefits it provides.
